Top managers of Inteco Group of companies will undergo training in Germany according to the Programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic and Energy for senior executives of Germany-Ukraine.

"Our employees are constantly improving their professional level by attending various business trainings and seminars. All our companies are actively cooperating with foreign partners, in particular with European companies. It is very important for us to strengthen and deepen such kind of cooperation", - Vadim Demeschuk, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Industrial and Investment Group Inteco has emphasized.

"Under the Programme we will have the opportunity to gain international experience, to expand our professional and cultural horizons, to establish direct economic contacts with German companies. The establishment of new business contacts will allow us to expand our presence in the European market. I'm sure that the improvement of management skills will allow us to increase our competitiveness and readiness for economic cooperation with the European partners", - Gleb Glebov, the Head of Kharkiv production of Inteco construction who will soon visit Germany, has stressed.

The initiative of the President of Ukraine to train abroad thousands of young managers, who would be able to be fully engaged in the development of the Ukrainian economy and its effective integration into the world economic system, has resonated with "Big Eight" countries, including Germany. More than 1,000 young managers from Ukraine had already finished the training since the beginning of operation of the Programme.

The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany was the first who respond to the initiative of the President of Ukraine, considering it as an important step aimed at the support for reforms and further development of the Ukrainian economy. The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and German companies have expressed their willingness to accept the Ukrainian managers on German companies.
