The delegation of company INTECO holding led by Chairman of board of directors Dmitriy Andrievskiy visited the international exhibition of commercial real estate MAPIC 2009. The exhibition took place in Cannes (France) from 18 till 21 November.

At the exhibition delegation took a look at recent trends in the sphere of retail property, new projects of shopping centers, conceptions of chain and street retail. Also the management of holding company conducted the successful negotiates, in particular with the international chain of fast food SUBWAY. The prospects of construction and opening the chain of 50 restaurants in Kiev and other metropolises of Ukraine were discussed during negotiations. The investments of project will make 20 million US dollars.

«At present the market of fast food restaurants is on the stage of development in Ukraine. The forthcoming of such known and popular all over the world brand as SUBWAY can considerably affect the market situation. In addition, the fast-track buildings can become the sensible alternative to other constructions for the restaurants of present chain», the Chairman of board of directors Dmitriy Andrievskiy underlined.
