The company INTECO Concrete completed construction of residential building and Art Gallery on 32-34 V, Andriyivskiy descent. The object was put into operation in December, 2014.

"We can say without overstatement that the residential house and Art Gallery constructed by INTECO company currently became a real decoration of Andriyivskiy descent. The outstanding architects worked on this project. The famous Kyiv architect Vladimir Smirnov designed and built it. Unfortunately, he passed away in August, 2013. The architectural concept of the project was completed by the honored architect of Ukraine Vitaly Shklyar. He was engaged in projects of restoration of such architectural monuments as "Chocolate House", "The Castle of Richard the Lionheart", the Mariinskiy Palace and many others. I am sure this architectural ensemble will become another sightseeing attraction of historical and cultural heart of Kyiv", the director of INTECO Concrete Oleksandr Vasylenko said.
